All new parts installed have a 90 day warranty; all repaired parts / phone repairs have a 60 day warranty (assuming no additional physical / water damage has occurred)

Paypal is the best payment method because we do not know the exact cost of repair until the phone is diagnosed.

Most repairs are less then $40.00.
- If we can not fix the phone, we only charge a $10.00 labor fee.
-The cost of repair never exceeds the value of the phone. Some repair facilities charge more money then the phone is worth, and lots of people are willing to pay because if the phone is repaired, you will be able to access your data again (phone numbers, pictures, etc). However, we never charge you more money the the phone is worth.
2. Remove the battery, wrap the phone and battery SEPERATLEY in bubble wrap or in paper towels. If you were instructed to include the charger, wrap that up also. (Don't send the phone with the battery installed, remove it first- this will possibly prevent further damage).
Please do not send any other accessories such as the BATTERY DOOR, SIMCARD, CHARGER or a MEMORY CARD. Only include the phone with the battery (just remove the battery first). If you have a phone which we do not typically service, we may ask you to include the charger but if we do not ask for it, please do not include it.
